• Visitors to 7avenue.com and any subdomain we operate.
• Individuals who contact us, submit forms, or subscribe to our communications.
• Clients engaged in branding, video, web, marketing, and AI systems projects.

A separate, supplementary privacy policy applies to 7AVENUE’s internal financial operations application, which connects to linked financial institutions through Plaid. See plaid.7avenue.com/privacy.

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

• Contact details — name, email, company, phone number, and message content submitted through contact or proposal forms.
• Project and engagement data — materials, briefs, feedback, and deliverables shared during active client engagements.
• Usage and analytics data — IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages viewed, approximate location, and the actions you take on the site, such as clicking a contact link or submitting a form. We collect this with Google Analytics 4.
• Advertising and attribution data — if you arrive from an ad or a tracked link, we record the campaign parameters (for example utm_source, utm_campaign) and ad click identifiers (Google gclid, Meta fbclid, LinkedIn li_fat_id), together with your landing page and referring site. We keep these in a first-party cookie for up to 30 days. If you submit a form, they are stored with your inquiry so we know which channel brought you to us.
• Cookies, pixels, and similar technologies — used to keep the site working, remember your preferences, measure performance, and, as described in Section 9, measure and personalize our advertising.

• Respond to inquiries and provide the services you request.
• Deliver client projects and communicate about engagements.
• Operate, secure, and improve our website and services.
• Send operational and, with your consent, marketing communications.
• Meet legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations.

We do not sell your personal information for money. We use advertising technologies from Meta and LinkedIn that collect information about your visit (such as pages viewed and whether you submitted a form) to measure our ads and to show our ads to people who visited our site or who resemble our visitors. Under some state privacy laws (including the CTDPA and CCPA/CPRA) this may count as “targeted advertising” or “sharing.” You can opt out at any time; see Section 9.

We share information only with:

• Service providers that operate our infrastructure — including Vercel (SOC 2 Type II) for hosting, Google Workspace for communication, ClickUp for project management, and payment processors such as Stripe. Each processes data only on our behalf under written agreements.
• Analytics and advertising partners — Google (Google Analytics 4) for website analytics; Meta Platforms (Meta Pixel) for ad measurement and audiences; and LinkedIn (Insight Tag) for ad measurement, audiences, and website demographics. Meta and LinkedIn use the information they collect under their own privacy policies. You can opt out; see Section 9.
• Professional advisors (legal, tax, accounting) bound by confidentiality.
• Legal authorities, only when legally compelled by subpoena, court order, or valid regulatory request.

We apply industry-standard security controls:

• All data in transit is encrypted with TLS 1.3.
• Sensitive credentials are encrypted at rest with AES-256.
• Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel and protected by phishing-resistant multi-factor authentication (biometrics, passkeys, hardware keys).
• Credentials and secrets are stored outside cloud-synced directories and never committed to source control.

• Contact form submissions: up to 24 months after last contact.
• Client engagement data: retained for the duration of the engagement and up to 7 years thereafter to satisfy tax, accounting, and legal requirements.
• Analytics data (Google Analytics 4): retained for up to 14 months.
• Attribution cookie (7av_attr): stored in your browser for up to 30 days.
• Advertising data collected by the Meta Pixel and the LinkedIn Insight Tag: retained by Meta and LinkedIn per their policies.
• Operational logs: 90 days. Security audit logs: 12 months. Operational backups: 30 days.

You may request deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing hello@7avenue.com. Requests are acknowledged within 48 hours and fully processed within 30 days, subject to legal retention obligations.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to:

• Access a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Request deletion of your information.
• Withdraw consent and unsubscribe from marketing communications.
• Object to processing or request restriction of processing.
• Data portability, where applicable.

We use three kinds of cookies and similar technologies:

• Essential and preference — keep the site working and remember choices such as the light or dark theme.
• Analytics — Google Analytics 4 measures how the site is used. Google’s opt-out browser add-on: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
• Advertising — the Meta Pixel and the LinkedIn Insight Tag measure our ads and help us show ads to past visitors.

Opting out of targeted advertising. You can:

• email hello@7avenue.com with “Opt out of targeted advertising”;
• adjust your ad settings with Meta (facebook.com/adpreferences) and LinkedIn (linkedin.com/psettings/advertising);
• use industry opt-outs (optout.aboutads.info, youronlinechoices.eu);
• block or delete cookies in your browser. Disabling certain cookies may affect site functionality.

We will act on an email request, but email alone cannot switch off the Meta and LinkedIn tags in your browser, because we cannot tell which browser is yours. To stop those tags in a browser, turn on Global Privacy Control in that browser (see below). Blocking third-party cookies also limits how Meta and LinkedIn can recognize you across other sites.

Global Privacy Control. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as an opt-out of targeted advertising for your browser. When your browser sends it, our site does not load the Meta Pixel or the LinkedIn Insight Tag and sends them no events. Google Analytics 4 still measures your visit, with Google signals and ad personalization turned off.

This policy is designed to comply with:

• The Connecticut Data Privacy Act (CTDPA).
• Other U.S. state privacy laws where applicable, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA), and the Colorado Privacy Act (CPA).
• The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), where applicable.
