The challenge
Someone hurt in an accident looks a lawyer up before calling. Paul A. Carmona III had practiced in New York since 1996 and appears as counsel in a 2010 Appellate Division decision, but in 2019 his firm, newly named Carmona Law Group, had no website to find.

The approach
A law firm website and attorney film, built so an injured client trusts him before the first call
The 2019 build began with a discovery session on the people who hire him, the firm's goals, his story and a stylescape, then a sitemap and wireframes, so the structure started from the people Paul serves. Google Analytics, the Facebook pixel and on-page SEO went in with the build. Then we filmed Paul and put the film at the top of the firm's home page, so a client meets him before the first call.

The results
Now a referral can watch Paul on film before picking up the phone.
First website: designed and built by 7AVENUE for Carmona Law Group.
Film: Paul on camera, playing at the top of the firm's home page.
Still a client: 7AVENUE has hosted the site since 2019, and a rebuild is underway.
What it means for you
When someone hears your name, what they find should look like what you've built.
People check you before they commit, whether a friend passed on your name or they just saw your sign go up. When what they find looks like the business you've built, more of the right people have a reason to call; when it looks smaller, they move on and you never hear about it. One team builds the site and the film and keeps them running.
