The challenge
The idea started as one home in the Poconos, built over two years of renovation and design. To grow, it had to become a real estate company investors would fund and a stay groups would book. An investor reads for process, risk and who is in charge; a guest reads for how the place will feel. Both judge on first sight, so credibility and luxury had to show before anyone called or booked.

The approach
One discovery, then two brands, each built for the reader who decides
We started with discovery. The market research read 2025 travel trends from Hospitality Net, American Express and McKinsey and set an investor signal under each one. Three guest personas, among them Claire, The Connector, who plans family and group trips, were mapped across a six-stage journey from Need to Experience. The research described two readers with different questions, so we split the company in two. Mythia speaks to guests, positioned as an experience-led hospitality brand and never as a vacation rental. Nature's Oasis speaks to investors and vendors with its own mark and a site built around the live home. Each reader finds the answer to their question before they call or book.
Nature's Oasis
Forest and linen, a calm mark, and a calculator investors can try
We cut a twelve-page plan to five pages: Home, Opportunities, Markets, About and Contact. They show how the company finds, designs, builds, furnishes and manages each home, the live project and a real guest review, plus a calculator that lets an investor see what a position could look like.

The calculator's figures are the site's illustrative placeholders, not returns.
The villa
Six bedrooms, a greenhouse pool room and a rooftop that seats 26
Every room has its own theme, inspired by the natural world, from the handmade canopy bed in the Grand Garden Suite to the marble and gold of the Grand Spa bath. Our guest booklet, "Welcome to Villa Vincente," carries the stay from arrival to the places to eat and shop nearby.

Mythia
The h in mythia is an open door
The mark came out of the personas and their journey, set in Cormorant Garamond with Mythic Tide, cream and gold on a 60/30/10 rule. Its line, "experience wonder.", carries onto the robes, slippers and door hangers guests touch during the stay.

In their words
“The house itself is impeccable, so beautiful, the swimming pool area is breathtaking and the terrace upstairs is from what you'd call a dream house.”
What it means for you
The people who fund, hire or refer you decide on your site before the first call.
If your business answers to two kinds of people, the ones who fund it and the ones who buy from it, one voice can lose both. Each is looking for something different: proof for one, the feeling for the other. We start by finding out which questions each reader brings, then build the brand that answers them.
